I earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma in 1998, and started my own Virtual and Personal Assistant business in 2000.

I earned a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in 2014.

I earned a B.S. in Health Sciences, Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching, from Arizona State University in 2019.

I enjoy running, yoga, hiking, cooking, and volunteering in the military community.
